CLOSED XMAS DAY

OUTSIDE OF THESE HOURS WILL OCCUR A $10 TO $20( AFTER 6PM ) SURCHARGE AND MUST BE CONFIRMED WITH YOUR BOOKING.

We accept cash or bank transfer only.

A FEW RULES TO FOLLOW WHEN VISITING OUR PREMISES:

Boarding Kennels:

• All pets are to be on a lead or in a cage at all times on arrival & departure.
• Please adhere strictly to Drop Off and Pick Up times.
• Please allow 10 mins on arrival for your very first stay with us.
• All pets boarding must be paid for in full before checkin

Breeding Kennels only with prior booking visit:

• NO kennel entry without a staff member present.
• NO running in the kennels.
• Wash your hands with soap on entry.
• Puppies under 2 weeks of age and their mothers are strictly not to be handled.
• Small children are welcome to handle the puppies but must be seated on the ground & supervised.
• Please no silly noises, feet stomping or rattling the wire as this can make our Chihuahuas nervous, but you are welcome to say hello and have a pat.
